Student Visa

Student Visa Application – SC 500 – This visa is designed for international students to enrol and study in Australia. Holders of this visa can study ELICOS, VET courses, Higher Education courses from Australian education providers. The students need to enrol in CRICOS registered course.

Student (Subsequent Entrant) SC 500 – This visa is for the dependent of the student visa holders. Dependent include spouse and children of the primary applicant. The applicant can be onshore or offshore and can be added during the duration of current student visa of primary applicant.

Post Study Work

Temporary Graduate Visa SC 485 - Temporary Graduate visa is specifically designed for the recent international graduates who have completed at least 2 years of study from an Australian educational institution. Applicants are only allowed to hold one temporary visa as a primary applicant. There are two streams of the visa.

Migration Services

Graduated Work Stream - A visa in this stream is valid for 18 months and applicable to those international students who have:

  • Finished 2 years of study in Australia

  • Occupation listed on MLTSSL (Medium and Long term Strategic Skill List)

  • A relevant skill assessment in that occupation

Post-Study Work Stream - A visa in this stream is valid up to 4 years and applicable to those international student who have:

  • Hold an Australian student visa after 5th November 2011.

  • Hold a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree from an Australian education provider irrespective of their field of study.

 
 
 
General Skilled Migration
 

General Skilled Migration

Skilled Independent SC 189 Visa -  This is a point-based permanent resident visa which allows the holder to live, study or work in Australia for an indefinite period. This visa is designed to select a certain set of skilled people required in Australia.

Skilled Nominated SC 190 Visa - Skilled Nominated is a permanent resident visa that allows overseas skilled workers, to live and work in Australia who are nominated by the state or government agency. The applicants are required to meet the minimum migration point test.

Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) SC 491- This is a provisional visa for skilled workers who want to live and work in Regional Australia. The visa is valid for 5 years and may lead to Permanent Residency pathway provided applicant meets the requirements.

Partner & Parents Visa

Parents Visa

This is visa is for parents or step parents of an Australian Permanent resident, Citizens or eligible New Zealand citizens currently living in Australia. The parents must pass the balance of family test before applying for this visa. This means at least 50% of their total children must be permanent resident or citizen of Australia. The sponsor child must be settled in Australia, which means the sponsor has lived and worked in Australia around the period of two years.

Partner Visa

This visa is for spouse, de facto partners or prospective spouse of Australia citizens, Australian permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to enter and remain permanently in Australia. This visa has following categories:

  • Partner visa (Onshore) 820/801 – If you got married to an Australian permanent resident or citizen while in Australia, than you may wish to apply for this visa while in Australia. This visa provide you with a bridging visa to stay legally until your partner visa is decided. This visa is a temporary visa which requires you to lodge final stage partner visa.

  • Partner visa (Offshore) 309/100 – If you are an Australian permanent resident or citizen and you are visiting outside Australia to get married, than you may wish to apply for this visa for your partner. This visa is a temporary visa which requires you to lodge final stage partner visa with the further documentation.

  • Prospective Spouse visa (Offshore) 300 – This visa is for you if your fiancée is outside Australia and you are planning to get married in Australia, than you may wish to apply for the prospective spouse visa for your fiancée and get married once he or she visit Australia on a the prospective spouse visa. After registering your marriage in Australia you are required to lodge the Partner visa (onshore) 820/801 for your spouse in Australia.

Administrative Appeal Tribunal
 
 

Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT) Review

AAT Review applications are for those applicants who are in Australia, and their visa has been refused or cancelled by the Department of Home Affairs. If you are not satisfied with the decision, then you can file an appeal in AAT to request a review of the visa application outcome.
